I'm Marcel — known online as motodigitalguru. I run a one-person consulting practice based out of Düsseldorf and spend most of my working time on the question: how does engineering actually look when one human and a capable AI ship things together?

What I write about

• Build logs from real projects (small B2B, marketplace prototypes, internal tools)
• Diagnoses — what AI tools get wrong and how to design around it
• System thinking without code: the part that doesn't go away with better models
• Strategic decisions: when to automate, when to override, when to ship

What I make

• Blueprint — a Claude Code skill that produces a module-oriented plan before any implementation code is written.
• Custom blueprints for clients who want AI-driven engineering inside their existing teams.
• A few personal projects you'll hear about as they go live (Shepperwoki, aaios, others).
